Sue Wienczkowski

I live in Michigan and have been involved with art since the mid-1970's, when I taught tole and country painting; my passion for making Olde World Santas came to fruition within the last few years. 

I've collected Santas for many years and always enjoy searching craft and art shows for unique Santas.  While I have many wonderful Santas in my collection, I never found exactly what I was looking for and decided to put my ideas into something tangible.  I've been designing and creating Santas since the late 1990's and love to watch each character develop as I create them.   

My love of Christmas was kindled when I was a child by my parents, who made the holidays a very special time of faith and love and perhaps a little magic thrown in.

Bringing my Santas to life is exciting and as I sculpt I can't wait to see what the next Santa will look like.
